Reiver Sports Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

1.1 This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website.
1.2 This policy does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; it merely indicates our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products.

2. Free delivery

2.1 Reiver Sports offer free standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses on all orders valued over GBP 50.
2.2 All other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 5.

3. Geographical limitations

3.1 Reiver Sports will usually be able to deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom at our standard delivery charge with the exception of the Channel Islands.
3.2 Reiver Sports can deliver products to other countries and territories. If Your delivery destination is not listed under 5.4 below please email (Click Here) your product requirements along with your delivery address and we will quote you an accurate delivery cost and time frame.

4. Delivery methods and periods

4.1 The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
(a) If your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, you will be able to select our standard delivery. The typical period for delivery of products by this method is 2 to 3 working days.
(b) If you select next working day please note time frame conditions mentioned in 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 below.
4.2 If you place your order before 12pm on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 12pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day. Next day deliveries do not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders for next day delivery received after 12pm on a Thursday will be delivered on a Monday. Orders for next day delivery received after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on a Monday for delivery on a Tuesday.
4.3 The delivery periods set out in this Section 4 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
4.4 Our secure payment providers may conduct fraud screening checks before we can dispatch the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will do our utmost to notify you.

5. Delivery charges

5.1 Delivery charges for delivery within the UK will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
5.2 Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address and the value of your order.
5.3 Our UK mainland delivery charges are as follows:
(a) Standard 2 to 3 day delivery will be charged at £2.50 for orders up to the value of £16 and £4.95 for orders with a value over £16 and up to £50. Standard 2 to 3 day delivery will be free of charge on all orders with a value over £50.
(b) Standard delivery times of up to 3 days will include processing time.
(c) Next day deliveries for orders valued up to £50 will be charged at £5.95 or £2.95 for orders valued at over £50
(d) Orders will be dispatched by Reiver Sports via Royal Mail/Parcel force, Interlink, DPD or similar reputable carriers depending upon the package and its destination.
(e) A signature may be required on delivery.
(f) When a delivery has been attempted (possibly up to 3 times) but no one is available to accept the package a calling card will be left informing you the package has been left with a neighbour or the carriers local depot.
(g) In the event the package is sent via Royal Mail/Parcel force and no one is available to accept the package you might be able to collect it from your local Post Office Depot.
(h) Next day deliveries do not include weekends or bank holidays.
5.4 Delivery charges to destinations other than the UK mainland are as follows.
UK. Northern Ireland. 2-3 days at £19.95 for all orders.
UK. Channel Islands. 2-3 days at £8.95 for all orders.
Republic of Ireland. 2-3 days at £19.95 for all orders.
Belgium.  3-4 days at £8.95 for all orders.
Denmark.  3-4 days at £15.10 for all orders.
France. 3-4 days at £12.50 for all orders.
Germany. 3-4 days at £9.00 for all orders.
Italy.  3-4 days at £14.10 for all orders.
Netherlands. 3-4 days at £8.95 for all orders.
Poland.  3-4 days at £18.50 for all orders.
Spain. 3-4 days at £20.10 for all orders.
Sweden.  3-4 days at £23.00 for all orders.

6. Delivery tracking

6.1 Delivery tracking is available in respect of orders requiring next day delivery.
6.2  To track your delivery, enter the code given to you in your order confirmation email, which is provided in your order confirmation email into our delivery service provider’s website. Full details will be given in your confirmation email.

7. Receipt and signature

7.1 A signature may be required on delivery of the package.

8. Additional deliveries

8.1 If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver your order.

9. Collection

9.1 If your ordered products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.

10. Delivery problems

10.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact Reiver Sports using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.

10.2 If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery even where the initial delivery was free of charge.
10.3 An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
